We began week 2 with Ryan and I taking a quick trip to Houston and New Braunsfels to deliver puppies. We are officially puppy-free (yay!). Wasn’t planned, but at least it was profitable! LOL! Ryan and I enjoyed having time together and I even convinced him to spend some time shopping in San Marcos with me (score!). On the way home we drove through the pecan capital of the world and the spurs capital of Texas…ok-check those off my bucket list! While we were gone, the girls stayed with Granny and had a ball as usual.
Both of the girls went to GT camp this week. Anna went in the morning and Maddie went in the afternoon. Bricks4Kids came in and did an amazing spaced-themed Lego camp. I think Anna especially loved it and got so excited when she realized she could build different things and make them move! She is already begging me to let her go to one of their day camps in Lufkin later in the summer.
And of course there was more pool time with friends…
Nothing like a little ice cream treat at the pool!
